This lawn is what can result from proper use of soil amendments and biostimulants as you can see in this customer's front lawn.

Certified arborists who also have a commercial applicator license by the Texas Dept. of Agriculture can offer tree growth regulator products to retard the tree growth for use in these types of limited growth space areas. One application lasts 3 years (per label).

The tree in the foreground started out with a fungus problem. It was diagnosed then treated with a deep root injection and a combination of Medina Ag Biostimulants. At a 6 month follow up visit, the tree's health had vastly improved. Now, this customer is on a PHC (plant health care) maintenance program with us which includes their lawn, shrubs, plants and trees. Two years later this tree is now thriving, growing vigorously and its size has increased 2-3 times in diameter, canopy and root zone. This is a fairly new subdivision where all the front yard trees were planted at the same time during the building process. This is an example of improper tree specimen selection. Builders and developers continue to select trees that will grow too large for their given "grow space".
Although this tree is growing wonderfully, it will require a growth regulator product in the future to ensure that it will not over grow its given grow space boundaries.
